Beginning in 1926, definitive Netherlands stamps were printed on watermarked paper. Of course, this new process of using watermarked paper required the re-issue of all the Cent denomination definitive postage stamps. There were also color changes to many of the existing denominations, as well as the addition of new denominations, during the period from 1926 to 1939.
The thirty new sheet-format definitive Netherlands stamps shown above were issued between 1926 and 1939. These Netherlands stamps are all perforated 12, perforated 13 1/2 x 12 1/2, or perforated 12 1/2 x 13 1/2, and they are printed on paper that is watermarked circles.
The catalog attributes and colors of these Netherlands stamps (as stated in the NVPH catalog) are as follows:
During 1926 and 1927, thirteen of the thirty watermarked circles, sheet-format, Netherlands stamps were also issued in coils, featuring syncopated perforation Type A. They are all shown above.

This is one of the rarest of all Netherlands stamps. Other than the occasional appearance in one of the major auctions, it is very difficult to obtain!
